Your Dental Clinic is a practice management application designed to help dental professionals manage appointments, patient records, and practice workflows. The Application is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

The Application uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication. By signing in with Google, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your Google account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Application, you agree to:

• Use the Application only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Application
• Not transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Application's functionality
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding patient data

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Application. By using the Application, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any patient information you store complies with applicable healthcare privacy laws, including HIPAA (if applicable).

6. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Your Dental Clinic and its licensors. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APPLICATION.

9. Medical Disclaimer

YOUR DENTAL CLINIC IS A PRACTICE MANAGEMENT TOOL ONLY. WE DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. ANY INFORMATION ON THE APPLICATION IS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR MEDICAL DECISIONS.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Application after any changes, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
